Welcome to IziGreek. By accessing or using our service at izigreek.com and cabinet.izigreek.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. About the Service
IziGreek is a Greek language learning platform designed for Russian-speaking residents of Cyprus and Greece. The service includes interactive lessons, vocabulary practice, scenario-based dialogues, quizzes, progress tracking, and a community feed.
2. Account Registration
To access the full functionality of IziGreek, you must create an account using Google Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must not share your account credentials with third parties.
3. Subscription and Payment
IziGreek offers a paid subscription after a free 7-day trial period. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current subscription rate.
- Trial period: 7 days free, no charge during the trial.
- After the trial, the subscription renews automatically.
- You may cancel at any time via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a money-back guarantee within 14 days of account activation (including the 7-day free trial). See our full Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.
- Post offensive, abusive, or spam content in the community feed.
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on IziGreek — including lessons, audio, images, texts, and software — is the property of IziGreek and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
When you post content in the IziGreek community feed, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the service. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
IziGreek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Language learning results depend on individual effort and practice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IziGreek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice within the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
