Refund Policy
Who is eligible for a refund?
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 calendar days of account activation (this window includes the 7-day free trial โ so effectively 7 days into the paid subscription).
- This is your first subscription purchase (the guarantee applies once per customer).
Refund requests for subscription renewals (second and subsequent payments) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation fairly.
How to request a refund
- Send an email to hello@izigreek.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address associated with your IziGreek account and the approximate date of payment.
- We will confirm your refund request within 1 business day.
- The refund will be processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appears on your statement within 5โ10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens after a refund?
After a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled and your access to premium features will end. Your account and learning progress will be preserved โ you can resubscribe at any time.
Free trial
IziGreek offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is taken during the trial period. You can cancel before the trial ends at no charge through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting us at hello@izigreek.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
